  1. If it didn't happen at school, no they don't. The sentence would depend on where you live, but as long as its your first criminal wrongdoing, you'll likely get a suspended sentence and community service.

  2. No, but you will also need to registered on the national underage possession of alcohol registry. They will take a DNA sample, your fingerprints and a photo. This will then be available electronically online by ALL liquor and beer establishments in your state until the time you turn 21 years of age.

It will not be reported to your school, unless they have a licence to serve or retail alcohol (which is unlikely).

It will however, hang over your head and this alone could ruin the rest of your life. You may find that you will slowly drift into a life of crime after a year or two, and then you will pass the point of no return.

This is a very serious offence. Granted, its not a felony, but it's very close. Verrrrrrry close.

  3. If it's your first offense and only a misdemeanor, they won't tell your school.  I'd make sure to keep it to myself.  There won't be a jail sentence--they're not going to put you in jail for this.  A first offense will get probation and (drug/alcohol) counseling.  And you're going to be hearing from your parents for a while . . . .

Don't drink 'til it's legal.  There's plenty of time to drink at the frat house in college.

I'm sorry you're in trouble but I'm glad it got your attention.  Good luck!

  4. if you didn't get caught at school then no they won't know.just don't be dumb like me and get caught at school then the whole school knows.have fun stay out of trouble!!!
