Mint 1923 silver peace coin?

How much is a mint 1923 silver peace coin worth? A family friend gave it to me and I just found it in my room it is old but it looks really good. It has a few scratches so is it possible to clean it?

First... do not clean the coin. Cleaning lowers the value of coins to collectors.
