  1. This is a perfectly legitimate question, to which the answer is: No. Mints are in the family Lamiaceae, whereas Cannabis sativa is in the family Cannabaceae.

The common mints you would typically encounter in North America do not have the properties you are curious about. Read more here:

  2. please smoke mint thats brilliant, your parents must be so proud. no mint will not get you high and im not going to tell what will. im not going to contribute to your delinquency

  3. No, not the same family- not even the same class.  Mints are Dicots (like beans, or any other broad-leafed plant), while Cannabis is a Monocot (like corn/maize, or any other grass (wheat, oats, rice)).

  4. Nope you dope. (ha ha just kidding with the dope, it just sounds good)

Your thinking of salvia divinorum, from the sage family and mint sage (a different family again I think).

S.div will get you high but it is NOTHING like cannabis but it is legal in most places.

  5. I dunno, but I'd rather have a fishy stick!

  6. i love cannabis

  7. If this were true mint would cost $300 an ounce. They are not related, mint contains no psychoactive ingredients, and cannabis tastes lousy in a salad.
