Minutes taking footnotes?

i'm supposed to take minutes for an recorded presentation a week ago. Some of the facts the presenter presented has since changed over the week. Should i add in footnotes to state it so?

It depends on why you are producing the minutes.

If the intended recipents of the minutes are going to be making any form of decisions based on the notes, then yes, you should provide an additional set of notes.

Howver, if your task is to simply minute the presentation, then no.
