Miracle jurassic egg in yugioh

Question

the miracle jurassic egg is a good card. It cannot be destroyed by traps, spells or by attacks. It can be only tributed by having dinosaurs in the graveyard accumlating enough cards to summon any dinosaur the player wishes. My question can the jurrassic egg be affect by spell cards such as change of heart or brain control since its text says cannot be remove from play. Remove from play states out of the game but can it also mean remove from play on the field or just in the graveyard. Is the jurassic egg immune to the effects shield and sword card or cards that take the egg and puts it in the oppenents hand. Is it vulanble to spell cards that do not destroyed but rather remove from teh field for one turn so the oppenent can have a clear field for an open attack.

First of all, nowhere on the card does it say it cannot be destroyed by traps, spells, or attacks. Here's the text. I dont know what you are reading.

When this card is face-up on your side of the field, this card cannot be removed from play. Place 2 counters on this card each time a Dinosaur-Type Monster Card is sent to your Graveyard. By Tributing this card, select and Special Summon 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck whose Level is equal to or lower than the number of counters on this card when it was Tributed."

When it means remove from play, It means removed from play. It can be targeted by any spell or trap as long as it doesn't go out of play. It can be sent to the deck, the hand, etc.
