Miracle needed?

My ailing eldely mom ( 67 throat cancer ) is in fincancial ruin

and need a lawyer to deal with serious tax problems and to handle a potential mal practice suit against her boob of a doctor

I have been home taking care of her and as can't work and heading for bankruptcy need a good attorney and a miracle HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
