Mirena side effects?

Im dizzy, sick, low grade fever, headache, aches in all my joints, and i just feel like sleeping. I just had my implant put in yesterday at 11:00 am.. i didnt feel too bad, but now it feels like i have the flu..

Thats really rough. If your side effects/symptoms don't get any better or if they get worse over the next few days, go back to your gp/gyn and explain. It could be that the mirena isn't a good contraception for you and you may need to try something else. Everybody reacts differently to it and it seems possible that you might be one of those women who react badly.
