The 27-year-old had a less than impressive last season and was recipient of constant boos from the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603 fans.
The former Lecce star was linked with a host of European clubs including English Champions, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur but could not eventually moved to his preferred choice, Juventus.
The striker is delighted to complete his dream move to Antonio Conte’s side and believes that he can play in any position the manager wants him in. The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Montenegro-c2959 international is looking forward to a new experience and insisted that Roma will always have a special place in his heart. The striker added that he can play as a lone striker and also as a support striker, so settling at the club will not be a problem for him.
Talking to the reporters Vucinic said, "I'm both excited and happy to be playing for Juventus. Roma was in my heart, but it's over now. I'm very happy to have moved to Juventus.”
"I can play as a lone striker or as a support striker, while I can also act as winger. I just need to have a chance to get on the pitch. If Conte wants me to play in another position, I'm more than happy to do just that."
The bosses at Rome did not want the striker to leave and after failing to convince him to stay, they decided to cash in on him rather than risk losing him on a free transfer next season. The striker will join Juventus for the pre-season camp in a couple of days and is expected to make his debut against Udinese on August 28th, 2011.
