The Old Lady of Italian football have made a great start to the 2011/12 season and are focusing on making a good finish, too. As the team lacked consistency in the last two seasons, players and the officials are concentrating on quality with hard work.
With La Vecchia Signora travelling to San Siro to face their arch rivals, stakes are high for both the teams as Inter have been struggling to find winning form, while Juve are desperate to maintain their unbeaten run.
Vucinic was recently talking to La Stampa where he expressed his intentions and feelings regarding the two upcoming games.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Montenegro-c2959 international said:
“They are both great sides, very strong. Inter are starting to recover and you can already see the hand of Claudio Ranieri. These two games will tell us who we really are.”
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 have had coaching issues and recently they appointed the former Roma boss, Claudio Ranieri, as the new head coach. Vucinic has worked under Ranieri at Roma and the striker knows that the tactician will boost up the Nerazzurri squad.
“I would take Ranieri out of the Inter equation if possible. He’ll really fire them up, like he did with us at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roma-c31603.”
Vucinic is looking forward to score against the Nerazzurri and he wishes to dedicate the goal to his son, whose birthday falls on October 31.
“It’s my son Aleksandar’s birthday on Monday and if I score at San Siro then I’ll dedicate it to him.”
Vucinic is going to play an orthodox position of wide attacker for Juve against the Nerazzurri, after being tested as a centre-forward this season.
