There has been immense political tension between both the countries since their separation in 1947 and have fought three wars in last 63 years.
After the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mumbai-c820 attacks in November 2008, tension between India and Pakistan has increased which also reflected in sports. However the ice broke when Pakistan met India in the second semi-final of the ICC World Cup 2011 at Mohali last month.
The sporting relations between India and Pakistan are broken to such an extent since the last couple of years that no Pakistani cricketer has taken part in the Indian Premier League after its’ first season.
Misbah said that it is a pity that the cricket fans all around the world are deprived of fascinating encounters between the archrivals. He claimed that players from both the countries enjoy competing against each other and both countries should revive the
sporting relations irrespective of the political tension across the borders.
He said, "Cricketing relations between the two countries should normalize because millions of people are missing real cricket played between the two nations. If you ask any player from either side, they miss Indo-Pak cricket because they enjoy it no end."
Pakistan’s Test captain said that it is always special when India and Pakistan play each other in a cricket ground and passion in those encounters is second to none. He went on to say that by not playing against each other, India and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 are taking
away a huge source of entertainment from the masses.
"Cricket between Pakistan and India is always different and has the intensity and uniqueness which keep fans glued to their seats. By not having Indo-Pak cricket regularly, we are depriving people of real cricket, the type of matches they want to see," Misbah
added.
Recently there has been positive vibes from both the countries and different officials from http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 and Pakistan have claimed that both the countries will soon play a bilateral series, which will revive the cricketing relations between the neighbours.
