  1. Are you having heavy bleeding???  (more than one normal pad an hour) If you are GO TO THE HOSPITAL!  You need to get checked out!  If no heavy bleeding call your doc first thing in the morn and go see him!

  2. Oh honey, I am sorry as you and your body are going through something very traumatic.  Drink plenty of fluids, rest, warm baths and warm compresses.  If you take migraine meds take them and be sure you are being followed closely by a physician.  I do know how you feel and what you are going through.  I had the worst migraine and was vomiting crazily the night I miscarried.   The exaustion was extreme since I was crying and just drained from all the bleeding.  My miscarriage was natural and very clean.  My OB gave us the go ahead to get pregnant right away.  Although, we had no plans to get pregnant right away, it happened two weeks later.  I knew exactley when it happened and I will never forget it.  I gave birth to our son exactly ten mos later on my due date and it was amazing.  I know this is difficult for you but something beautiful will happen for you soon.  I wish you all best and good health.  I am sorry for your losses.

  3. Your mind and body has just gone through a traumatic experience.  I know it was for me.  I had 2 miscarriages before having 2 healthy pregnancies.  I was so depressed and isolated myself from everyone.

I feel your pain, believe me.  It does get better though.  It takes time.  There is still hope, please don't give up.

I had a cousin who had a child and then had 4 miscarriages and was told she'd never have another baby.  A lot of time passed and she accepted the fact.  Turns out she had 2 more healthy pregnancies.

So, hang in there.  Be strong and don't give up hope.  Best wishes to you.
