If you were a few weeks pregnant and miscarried what would be the symptoms

Well, it also depends on how far along you were. When I had a miscarriage I was a little over 3 months pregnant. My symptoms were really bad cramping, bleeding but heavier than a period, and being very depressed.

Normally, when you have a miscarriage the pain is pretty bad, I couldnt walk let alone stand. Also, you should probably go and get a D&C I didnt but it is suggested that you see if you need one.

Spotting and/or lots of bleeding mainly. If you think you have miscarried, you need to go for a check up immediately.
