Miss Cap Estel looks strong for Racing Post Weekender Out Every Wednesday Handicap (Betfair 10 Furlong Flat Series Qualifier)
Perpetuating her excellent podium record, the Andrew Balding trained bay filly, Miss Cap Estel, will try her utmost to finish first in the high-profile contest of the Racing Post Weekender Out Every Wednesday Handicap (Betfair 10 Furlong Flat Series Qualifier)
that is scheduled to be held at Epsom racecourse on Tuesday, August 28.
The 12-runner race over 1 mile, 2 furlongs and 18 yards will begin at 5:00 (GMT). Traditionally, Miss Cap Estel will produce a convincing run on the good ground with her eyes on the prize money worth £3,881.
The three-year-old young and enthusiastic filly started her career in September 2011, finishing 5th in her maiden outing entitled as E B F "Norse Dancer" Quidhampton Maiden Fillies' Stakes.
Her peak time started with the beginning of 2012. On June 30, the brilliant daughter of Hernando out of Miss Cap Ferrat nicely grabbed the runner-up position in the British Armed Forces Day 2012 Fillies' Handicap, held at Lingfield.
The maverick sprinter moved ahead to repeat the same in the two subsequent starts, gaining a lot of confidence and fighting spirit.
Finally, the J. L. C. Pearce owned and bred filly managed to break her maiden with the title of the 32Red Casino Median Auction Maiden Stakes, held at Ffos las on August 13. That was her last start.
At the moment, Miss Cap Estel is filled with winning momentum that will prove to be instrumental for her in today’s marathon. Thus, she poses to be the best choice for the punters.
Among the other entries, Welsh Nayber looks somewhat strong. The Amanda Perrett trained chestnut gelding too has some epic podiums finishes to his credit. In the month of June, he elegantly gained a third and a runner-up rank at Brighton.
The Usk Valley Stud bred veteran horse accomplished a tremendous triumph in the 32RedBingo.com Handicap that went down at Lingfield on July 30. He registered a second spot on August 10 and finished 3rd in his last outing.
These stats show that the brilliant gelding has enough potential to make a big impact. Thus, he will fight neck-to-neck with Miss Cap Estel. Good luck to the both.
