Missed Period and 3 Negative Test?

Ok , my period has not been on in about 7 or 8 weeks. I took a pregnancy test, it was negative. I have been to the doctor, they took a urine pregnancy test and a blood pregnancy test. Both were negative. With the urine test i was told that a lil blood appeared in my urine. At times i have a sharp pain in my stomach. I also have a discharge that has a odor, and is white and thick. Those are my only symptoms . What is this, does any one know.

YOu may need a full pelvic exam with an std screen.  as far as a missed period, most women in their lifetime will experience this.
