Missed jury duty, what can I do?

We bought a house in March and my hubby got a jury duty notice in June for service in July. Yesterday we were talking and he remembered getting the notice. We cant find the notice and are wondering who to call. Will he be in any trouble for missing? What should he do?

yes he can get in trouble. my advise to you is to call your local court house and inquir about it. they should have everything on record.
