Missed my depo by 8days how long do i wait to take a test?

I missed my depo injection thought it was due but was due to have it 8 days earlier i did a test the day before i went to have the depo as when i realised i couldnt get in that day and the test was negative i had the depo then done another test a week later that also being negative the nurse said that i had to be careful for 2 weeks however i wasnt (Silly me) its now been 10 weeks since my depo and im due another in a couple of weeks. I seem to have gained weight and feeling rather sick all throughout the day! Could there be a possibility that im pregnant and because i took the test early it wasnt picked up? also if i was what are the compications of being pregnant while taking the depo.? any opinions or similar cases much apprecited thanks.

just to add im already a mom yet do need sum advice on this one!

Well i came off depo 14months ago and I'm still not pregnant so i wouldn't worry too much! Just do another test to put ur mind at rest :)
