Missed period and i'm so confused someone help!

Question

Alright my period is supposed to start between the 24th and the 27th of july. It's now august and still nothing. my periods are usually right on track every month. I've been getting hot flashes every now and then and i have side aches too i don't know if those are symptoms or not. Me and my husband have been trying for quite some time to get pregnant we've been having s*x quite often so could i be pregnant? i haven't taken a pregnancy test but i was at the doctors the 10th of july and they did a urinary test and it came up negative but then i missed my period so what do you think i should do?

advice would be MUCH appreciated :)

I would definitely take a test. You are very patient waiting even this long...lol. If you are pregnant it should for sure show up on a test at this point. Good luck and baby dust:)

I would go back to your doc and ask for a blood test,you could of ovulated later i know i did this month,

My period was due on the 22nd of july but i got a negative knowing i was pregnant i had a blood test which showed a level of 21 which my doc said put me at 3 weeks instead of 4,

Also it took until the 25th of july to get a positive on a home pregnancy test as well

go get a pregnancy test! You should prabably make an opointment with your ob. pain can sometimes mean ectopic or cysts. Im a mom of 5 and I would definetley say CONGRATULATIONS
