Missing Electrical Appliances, what's going on?

It started about a year ago. I'd pick up something as mundane as an electric Toothbrush, only to find the motor missing! Then it would be one of my Scalextric cars, dismantled with the wheels missing. LED lights missing from my HI FI. On and on the list, my Wife was as perplexed as I, as were my Neighbors. What on earth was going on?

Imagine my surprise to see my Cat whisking around in a dazzling little Motor Car she built from all the missing components!

Had a little gear box and everything. Left hand drive drive too, well she is a Russian Blue.

it seems a genius such as your fine kittum, should not be held down in the position of house cat. You should see to it that she receive a proper education & an engineering degree, its for the good of your country & humanity that such a prodigy has a well fed mind.
