Missing Piece. In the part of the carrier that has the anchor, one of the plastic inlay pieces

In the part of the carrier that has the anchor, one of the plastic inlay pieces which slides in the other part of the carrier fell out and is lost. The remaining side has a blue inlay plastic piece. Is there a way to get a replacement so that the carrier is fully functional? Thanks, Edward
