Missing a Pill ?????

Yesterday I lost one of my birth control pills and didnt end up taking it. So yesterday I never ended up taking a birth control pill. Today I took one at my regular time.

Will missing one yesterday effect anything??

Not really unless you had s*x that day. Your period will probably just come a day early if you have it down to the day you know it will come.
