Missing a birthcontrol pill?

Friday night before bed I took my birthcontrol pill. The same time everynight,but to my suprise on Saturday morning my pill was all disolved in my water glass. I did not drink the water because I was not sure if it would have the same effect. I just took my pill like regular on Saturday evening.I still have the pill in water, should I take it? Is it okay to have s*x now?

I don't think there's any harm in drinking the water, then take your next pill at your normally scheduled time. However, you should use an alternative form of birth control (condoms) for a couple weeks just to be safe.

Missing one pill should not cause pregnancy. The pill should be built up in your system. If I were you I would have taken one that morning and then another that night. The water would probably taste disgusting and you may be unable to keep it down. I recommend that you also use a condom for protection for the next few weeks just to be on the safe side. You could also try spermicide (you can get it at wal-mart).
