I bought Model 02-480-Wal at a yard sale. The latch that the harness fits into is broke so the harness will not stay latched. How can this be fixed? I also have Cosco 02-442 and the harness is missing on it. This was given to me for my grandchild (5 yrs old). Can I get a new harness?

I WAS GIVEN A CAR SEAT 02-09C-PEP but it did not come with installation instructions. Does anyone know how to get them?
