I don't know what my regular cycle is since with the IUD it always varied but i did get it every month. PLZ HELP!

  1. It depends I guess... Did you have the Mirena or the Paraguard? The Mirena contains hormones that are touted by adverts. as making your periods lighter or disappear altogether. Paraguard on the other hand has no hormones but instead has copper, which also prevents pregnancy. However, the Paraguard IUD can increase your flow ALOT.

Depending on which one you had, your body may being readjusting to what it deems as a normal cycle.

PS: I am interested to know how your situation turns out because I just had my Paraguard removed yesterday after using it for nearly 4 years. I was on my period when I went to the Dr.'s office yesterday, but within one hour of the IUD being removed my period stopped.

  2. maybe  you getting irregular, or pregnant i suggest you take a pregnancy test in a couple of days
