i havent had my period since Februrary and I'm 14. The first time I got my period was when I was just 12 so I dont know if it is just irregular. I dont think its irregular because everything went fine up until now. My am at 5'4.5 and weigh 97 pounds. I recently went from 100 pounds to 97 pounds about 3 months ago but i haven't lost anymore weight nor do i want to. I eat healthy and exercise but not to the extreme. Will my period ever come back or is it gone forever? How long will it take? Please I'm realy worried!!!

  1. Your body weight does make a lot of difference. Don't worry, you'll probably add more weight after awhile and then things will get to flowing again. You are still young and in the early stages, things will get to be more routine as you get a little older.

  2. You may not produce enough hormones to bring on your cycle.  Go to the doctor and get a blood test and treat it.  You could be pregnant but there are other reasons to explain your absence of periods.  The doctor knows how to check for these.

You could have PCOS or a thyroid condition.  All are treatable.  Best of luck.

  3. it will come back soon.. No one knows how long it will take.. your body only knows that.dont worry My was so irregular I missed mine for almost a year!!!
