Missing pieces, used item(shold be new)

Question

My mother in law never purchased from ebay before,
The item #N680.350135212864 was purchased, it should have been new. When got it at Christmas in the box it came it, there were no cords to plug it in, no instruction manual and it was all scratched on the front. It was used. My mother in law is really upset. I want to contact this seller and get either another NEW item with all the proper attachments, or return the money $74.95 to her. Help!!
