Missing software for my mini DV?

I have a Samsung Digital-cam sc-d353 mini DV, but I dan't have the software for my computer. I want to transfer my videos onto my computer so that I can send them via youtube.com to my parents. I tried downloading the software from the internet, but it still won't work......help!

You shouldn't need any extra software - capture the video with Windows Movie Maker, edit it and then "save movie file".

You'll need to connect your camcorder to your PC via firewire.  If your PC hasn't got a firewire card already you can get one from any computer / electronics shop - they're cheap and easy to install.
