Question:

Missing some sort of plug-in on MAC?

I just had a new hard drive installed on my mac - I have now reinstalled all my software and I am having trouble viewing internet pages. It seems with any internet page (yahoo, my school, my bank, google maps, etc) I am not getting the full image of the page. Most of the buttons, pictures, images, video's, etc. are missing.

How would I go about diagnosing what is missing?

Thanks :)

  1. You are probably missing Flash.

  2. just  for clarifications sake

the company is called apple inc

the computer a macintosh  your laptop a macbook

the operating system mac os  X

and  you are most likley missing   flash  and java

might also help if  you download the latest   browsers

  3. Go to Software update, Apple>Software Update.  It should have Java updates and Safari 3.1.2 etc.

And for Flash if it isn't there than go to the flash website link here...

    http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/...

    Hope all this helps
