Missing springs for crib

A friend gave us a Bassett baby crib-date on headboard is July 20, 1999. There are several numbers, but I think the model # is 5062 0505.We have it together, but the springs to support the mattress are missing. I need info on purchasing the springs. Thanks in advance.
