Missing things?

has anyone notice that sometimes u are home alone and everyone is gone you put down someting and it appears in a completely diffrent place.I ask one of my freind and he said that we had higher power and we can teleport things with our minds uncouciusly but we just don't know how to do it anymore but our subcounciuous mind does and he isn't crazy

I have washed my hands in the bathroom and gone to the kitchen to do something and then heard the water is still on in the bathroom.  Could have sworn I turned it off.  Either I am not paying attention or we have ghosts.  Sometimes we do things absent mindedly.  Like if we intend to drive one place we end up,  remote control like, end up at a place we go frequently just because it is in the same direction and we are not paying attention.  (or darned tired)  One time my sister was hanging a picture.  Her 2 year old daughter asked for something to drink.  My sister went to the fridge and opened it.  The door bell rang and she went to answer.  When she was done with the door she had no idea where the hammer went.  Later she found it in the fridge.

The old folklore for such things is that fairies or pixies move your things - which is why many lost and found spells ask the fairies to help you find lost things.

But, as for us teleporting things with our mind - sounds interesting.

That seems plausible, but I would need more detail to confirm that belief, and maybe an example.

This happens to me occasionally. I just believe it's the ghost-figures in my house, because my house is haunted.

I have had two different types of things like this happen.  I have looked all over the house for something like a set of keys and I search the house three time then in frustration I say "I really need my keys back now, please."  Then I turn around and right on the table I searched three times and I know the keys weren't there, there they are!

I sweep the whole house so the floor is clean as I come in from putting the broom away there is a penny on the floor.  I know that it wasn't there before because I just swept the floor!

I think mischievous fairies like to tease by taking my stuff but will give it back if I ask nicely.  I think my mom (who has passed away) leaves the pennies.
