Mission trip?

I am 18 years young and am going to Guatemala for a 2-month mission trip in May with Youth in Mission and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good prep-books for missions-interested or missions-preparing teenagers.

congratulations!!!  I would check out amazon.com for books relating to this trip....and again, it's soo good to see the Lord working in the lives of others as they reach out to help others....peace...Cuervo

I travel a great deal for work, and I rely on Lonely Planet country guides. They give you excellent background on the country, talk about ways to be culturally-appropriate in various areas (they recognize that any one country is made up of many different cultures, no matter how it may look initially to outsiders), and point out all the places that are great to visit.
