Question:

Mississippi 10 years behind?

I'm a part time resident (not from here or intending on staying here) in Mississippi. I recently saw in the soda shelves a new Coca-Cola flavor called Vanilla Coke. On the bottle it said 'New Flavor'. But Vanilla Coca-Cola has been around for at least 8 years. Is Mississippi really that far behind the technological curve in its own technological nation? Why?

  1. Yes, they are !!!  I lived there for 2 months back in 2001.  They were soooo far behind.  The clothes, the products and the music, lmao!  I thought that I was the only one to notice!

  2. that is the vendors fault not the stores everything comes out in different areas at different times the store might not have stocked it till someone asked for it if you think we are sooo far behind leave

  3. Yes Mississippi is behind. =/

  4. Yes, I think it's safe to say that a whole state is 10 years behind because you saw a soda that was displayed wrong.

We're behind on raising gas prices too compared to some other states. Does that make them more advanced or just greedy?
