Mista Officer, how do you justify long prison sentences for a little bit of weed?

Legalize and tax the h**l out of it.  You can sell it in liquor and ABC stores.  The legal age to buy it could be 21.  It would also be better if it was LEGALIZED because then pure pot would be sold not pot with other drugs in it.

Dude.................the police don't convict anyone of crimes. They investigate and arrest. If you have a problem, speak to the judicial system. They are the ones that sentence people to jail............

Privately owned prisons have made it profitable to lock up pot smokers. Just buy a prison, bill the taxpayers and you're rich!

I don't have to justify the long sentences because officers have nothing to do with the penalties. Do I agree with long sentences for a little bit of weed? Of course not. Do cops set the sentences? of course not

Pot smokers get long sentences so these burnouts can be kept off the street for as long as possible.
