Misunderstandings in Indian team need to be sorted out: Kapil Dev – Cricket News Update
The former Indian captain, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Kapil-Dev-c70234, has expressed hope that the lack of communication and understanding currently plaguing the national team, especially in regards to the controversial rotation policy, would be resolved soon.

However, while speculation is rife regarding the supposed rift in the team, Kapil downplayed the incident, saying it was nothing more than a routine difference of opinions in the team.
“I would not want it to call a rift within the team but would prefer to term it as difference of opinion,” he said, stressing that there was no need to cause unnecessary media hype. He did, however, suggest that perhaps the BCCI should intervene and resolve
the issue.
“I think the BCCI will have to step in and sort out the matter with the players for the good of the team and country,” Kapil observed.
He added that the players needed to maintain their composure, in order to present and maintain a good image of the country on the international stage.
“The players will have to understand that they are carrying the reputation of the country,” he said.
