Mitch Mustain or Aaron Corp?

Mustain is good, but Sanchez is better and I'd rather see Corp back there when Sanchez goes down.

Mitch Mustain

Theres a reason why Mustain was the #1 HS QB Recruit a few years ago according to Rivals. He had a pretty good run at Arkansas before transferring here to Southern Cal. Aaron Corp on the otherhand is good, but I got to watch him play HS ball at Orange Lutheran and he was impressive, but nothing special. Plus I don't think Corp was even the top 5 QB in his own Class.

I say Mustain has a slight edge over Aaron Corp.

Mitch Mustain.

Im not even sure why this is a real debate. Mustain has expirience as a starter with Arkansas where he was 8-0 I believe. He spent all last season sitting out and learing the new system and should have a good grasp on it.

You have to go with the proven commodity. 8-0 in the SEC is no easy task.

At USC, they have almost a system to playing QB's. When you get there as a freshmen, you redshirt a year, the 2 years after that you ride the bench, then your last 2 years, you are the starter. I don't think they will want to disturb this rotation and throw Corp into the starting line-up. I would look for Mitch Mustain to play. I think he will play so that Corp can continue to grow in practice and get better. If you throw him out there now, and he doesn't perform, a couple of years down the road when it is his turn to start, he is going to be taken apart by the media. Once again, I would look for Mitch Mustain to start.
