Mitchell Johnson, Tim Paine, Brett Lee: Eye candy at the World Cup 2011 – Part II
(Continued from Part I)
Michael http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Clarke-c51120 provides relief to sore eyes during the ICC 2011 World Cup that is underway in the Subcontinent. While the men will be gulping down lassi (sweetened or salty yogurt milkshake) during the tournament, the women will be yawning all through the day and night.
But fret not dear ladies cricket is as interesting for the girls as beach volleyball is for the guys.
Imagine fine men parading around your screens for hours. Even better, when there will be two games in one day. Imagine, 48 games and 11 sets of beautiful men on each side.
Okay, just to set the record straight, maybe not all the eleven will be mighty as http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Russell-c87177 Crowe in the Gladiator, but something is better than nothing. Ladies need to catch up with cricket fever and they can only do this by ogling a beauty, who is also a world famous cricketer.
Mitchell Johnson
The tall, dark, and handsome Australian has a body to die for. Seriously, he seems like a hunchback from Notre-Dame, only more beautiful. He has this ugly-beautifulness about himself.
Ripping through hearts with his piercing eyes and shy smirk, Mitchell Johnson is one beautiful Australian. One has to be careful to flirt with this 29-year-old as he has a glamorous karate champion hanging on to his arm. And there is his mother as well, who came out swinging with an attack on the Karate champion, accusing her of stealing away her son. The son then blamed his mom for his poor form back in 2009. Ouch.
However, if you Google him, you will see why the mother is so touchy about her son. He is one heck of a poser. His photos give Tyra Banks a run for her money. The sore eyes are treated to an intricate cat tattoo and he even has another intricate tattoo on his right arm. As he breaks into a grin, the pearly whites shine through and that is enough to melt the heart and oh, he has a dimple on his left cheek as well.
Tim Paine
He scored 37 runs in a World Cup warm-up match against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 (the Aussies ultimately lost) but when he performs, a girl’s feelings towards cricketers will be directly proportional to his performance.
He also became the youngest wicket-keeper since Ian Healy to play Test cricket for his country at 25. His innocence of his adolescence was not lost when he finally made his debut with the gloves.
The 26-year-old is known as the “Kid” by his team-mates and he sure is a kid by the way he looks. Justin Bieber fans will love him, the school-boy look coupled with a manly body. He has a perfect legal age to cater to every age-group of cricket fans. Even though regular wicket-keeper, the injured Brad Haddin uses our boy as a substitute, it would be interesting to see him donning the gloves at the World Cup.
Brett Lee
He might be old now, but he still has that charm that used to make the girls sway. He is a rocker and what a comeback he is making. He is this blonde engine that is so determined to do something for his country, even if it involves screaming in a rock concert.
The fast bowler is India’s favourite white cricketer, so he will get plenty of love during the World Cup. The fast bowler loves the attention but is a gentleman in his own right.
His name might sound like a spaghetti kung-fu movie star but when the fast bowler steams in he scares everyone at the crease. He battles multiple injuries and a broken marriage but the optimistic cricketer is one of the best looking blokes in international cricket.
