Mitchell Starc happy with his debut day's performance - Cricket News Update
Young Australian pacer, Mitchell Starc, was satisfied with his performance on the debut day which saw him claiming two crucial New Zealand wickets on Day One of the Gabba Test; however the debutant reckoned he still needed to work on consistency.

Replying to a question regarding the wickets he claimed on his debut day, Starc conceded that it was more of luck than his bowling adding that he is working on consistency.
"Definitely, I think the wickets I got were a bit of luck with them, I was a little bit inconsistent but pretty happy with how I went in the end," said Starc.
"I feel like my bowling's been pretty good the last few weeks, it's coming out pretty well, and I've just got to work on that consistency to get that ball swinging, and to see it do a bit today was fantastic." 
The rookie pacer was happy to claim McCullum and Ryder’s wickets. He also praised fellow pacer, Peter Siddle’s performance today. Starc said that the Victorian pacer helped him and Pattinson a lot in keeping the plans focused against the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-Zealand-c754 batsmen.
New Zealand were 176 for five at tea when showers forced an early end to the first day of the Test.
