Mitchell Starc is confident about his fitness level – Cricket News Update
Australia’s young and emerging fast bowler, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mitchell-Aaron-Starc-c76392, believes his physical fitness and resistance has improved with time, and that he can bowl for longer hours in both first class and international cricket.
Starc made his Test debut last year against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-Zealand-c754, and impressed everyone with his bounce and pace in the third Test match of a series against India at Perth.
Recently, international players, especially fast bowlers, have been complaining about the number of matches enforced upon them, which affects their overall fitness level, since they don't get much time to rest.

Replying to a question regarding recurring injuries to fast bowlers, Starc said that he can only talk about himself and is confident that he would not let selectors down.
The left-arm fast bowler said that he has been working very hard since the start of the season and now his body is ready to face the challenges of competitive cricket.
Starc said, “I can't speak on anyone else's behalf, but getting preparation in my body to bowl lots of overs - starting in March right through the off-season - has been good for my preparation coming into the season and hardened my body to cope with the
rigours of first-class cricket."
The left-arm seamer further added that young fast bowlers should be handled with care because of the work-load in international cricket at the moment.
“There's people who say fast bowlers don't harden up until they're 25, 26. There's always going to be a risk when guys are playing first-class cricket at such a young age but you just have to find a happy medium there and you're not bowling too much and
not bowling enough," the left arm fast bowler added.
The fourth Test of the series between http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 and Australia is going to start from the 24th of January and it remains to be seen that how Starc shapes up in Adelaide.
