Mitsubishi 6G73 2.5l severe sag, hesitation intermittent stall

I have the same problem with my 99 seabring.. I replaced the fuel pump and filter and no luck.. When i drove it for a test run it started to act up almost immediately..It hasent stalled yet but it will "act up" bad sometimes like you can floor it and still go only like 20 mph.. Any way, I was on the test run and pulled off to check under hood and i herd a vaccume leak.. I found it on top of the intake manifold.. The previous owner changed the plugs and you have to take the plenum off and i guess he forgot to put that one vaccume back on and i cant find where it goes.. I just found it last night so im going to look today.. Its the little black plastic hose with a 90 degree boot on either end,,, the hose is right on top and is hooked on right by the fire wall,, i dont know where the other end is suppose to go though,, the whole thing is bent in like a " U "  so if you can help me figure out where that vaccume goes it would help and if and what fixes your car when you find out..  THANKS   [e-mail]
