Mitsubishi cs-26ex1. tv has no picture ,but there is sound. i can get the menu to come up and see

tv has no picture ,but there is sound. i can get the menu to come up and see the menu just fine. is there any way to fix the picture, like do i need to reset the tv and if so how do i reset tv? please helpI have no picture but I have horizontal blue lines for some time then lines disappear and sound is perfectly fine. Please let me know the solution. Thanks SK
