Mitsubishi tv model no. CS-2567R

Question

We need to locate an owners manual for this tv. We are having trouble with the volumne control on our universal remote. The volume works fine manually but won't work on the remote, any ideas? Plus we are having a hard tome setting up a dvd/vcr player, the player works but we can't get it to view on the tv. Are there settings we need to look for on the tv, this is why a manual would be handy. Thanks
