I usually just drink it straight. Because I'm to d**n lazy to go out and buy anything to mix it with. Why not really when you think about it. If you don't like the taste of alcohol then you shouldn't be drinking it.

If you're looking for other energy drink alternatives I'd say Monster or Sobe's No Fear or in general any fruit juice or sodas are good depending on you personal preference just know that any citrus juices will make your body absorb the vodka quicker and will therefore get you drunk faster not sure why exactly it happens but it does.  So depending on your tolerance you can figure what to mix it with just be careful mixing it with other liquors or beer since no everyone's body can handle the mixes with out consequences(usually throwing up).
