Mixed Bleach with automotive all purpose cleaner?

whenever i would do a wash on the terry cloth towels at work sometimes i would add some all purpose cleaner with the bleach and laundry detergent thinking it would help clean the grime and grease that were on the towels. i was unaware how harmful it was to mix bleach with other chemicals.. i cant remeber the most recent time i did this but i know ive done it more than once..im not sure what the health affects would be. recently i saw a pulmonary doctor and had a chest xray and my lungs were fine..should i still be concerned?

You went to the Dr., got an all clear on the tests, stop worrying. It won't help anyway. Next time read the instructions on the bleach bottle that says not to mix it with any other chemicals.
