I'm 16 years old and once school gets (about 2 weeks) out I am going to start training for MMA fights. I weigh 228 lbs and im 6'2 and I have a football player build. I work 8 hours a day during the summer and get home around 4:00 so I'll probably only be working out for 4 hours at a time. Im going to be doing A LOT of cardio. I was just wondering what foods should I eat because I have absolutely no idea. I want to get down to 205 lbs by the end of summer. Does anyone have suggestions.
