  1. Zach? .... Zach Earls?  You come on over here and we'll show you the ground game inside and out bro!!  You're welcome to train with Team Bushi anytime!!!

Jujitsu 101 all day long bro.  Even get you started on learning Shorinji Ryu Jujitsu with us as well bro.  If you are Zach Earls I know that you're striking is already dangerous, but we could make you unstoppable dude .... no lie!!!

Cincinnati area right? .... let me know man.  We'll even bring you into the team bro or you can remain with your own team either way, but we'll train you at "No cost".  We can tighten up your striking abilities as well.  Nothing against your team dude, but we can at least give you some added weapons in your arsenal...... you'll be impressed with how much you'll improve dude I sh*t you not and you can still remain on your own team .... I understand "loyality".

  2. Honestly, there is some material out there to self-train.  But, how effective you will be against someone that learns wtih other people will be lessened.

But there are things you can do:

    -get a training manual/book

    -get a heavy bag/gloves and/or a grappling dummy

    -practice your moves

-get in shape and keep your cardio up

The best book I've read is 1001 submissions, there is a link to it here:  http:///www.socalmartialarts.com

  3. You can't train yourself for anything. You need a qualified instructor.

  4. well, some wrestling moves cant really do anything... take classes for martial arts for a year then u can start self training

  5. Self training = self delusion.

  6. If you self train then you'll have a 50/50 chance of beating yourself.  Your chances of beating anyone else are much, much lower.

  7. In short, you can't.  You can get all of the training videos you want, but it's almost possible truly learn any art (much less combination of arts) without a qualified instructor and partners.  Training videos and books should be supplemental only.  I am sorry to tell you this, but it will be much better for you.
