Mixed martial arts training videos???

Question

Does anyone know where I can go on the internet (like youtube, etc) to look at some ufc training videos? I'm looking to learn different moves and different workouts.

Tons of great groundwork. however, unless you go to class, yuo'll never be able to use any of it.

your going to need to find a partner for a lot of the stuff

and videos will only do so much

you can get an understanding but not how to master a technique without proper training
