  1. It won't make you sick, it's just hard on your liver.  If you need to take a pain reliever while drinking (don't know why you would...) take Advil or something else that is Ibuprofen.  Excedrin is acetaminophen and is processed by your liver whereas Ibuprofens like Advil are processed by your kidneys.

Really though it is best not to mix medication and alcohol.

  2. well, say goodbye to your liver, if you keep that up.

  3. Using Tylenol and pain meds while drinking adds a lot of extra strain on your liver and can lead to liver failure in sever cases.

While taking a few with a glass of wine may not kill you but if you have been drinking a lot and taking said pills it can cause some serious damage to your liver.

I never mix the two.  I wouldn't suggest you do either.

  4. no you will be fine this is just recommended now do not hink i say it is ok ,i am just saying you will be fine

  5. Are you serious?  Never mix alcohol with pain pills even over-the-counter ones.  Just ask Keith Whitley's widows.

  6. No you won't get sick.

However if you drink a lot and take a few Excedrins you might need to worry about your liver.

If you drink in moderation and aren't planning on having another Excedrin until all the alcohol has left your system then you should be just fine.

  7. It's not a good idea to take any medication with alcohol.  I would recommend waiting 24 hours or even more before drinking alcohol.
