Mixing prescription and Tylenol?

What is dangerous about mixing prescription sleeping pills with something like Tylenol. What can happen if this is done over a long period of time?

Long periods of prescription sleeping pills is not at all good. Tylenol adds no extra danger.

Well one of the most common side effects is sedation so that is the reason it knocks you out... but as long as the Tylenol isn't a PM then it should be fine. As long as the don't have common active ingredients it should be fine but talk to your doctor to know the truth...
