Mizuda dvd player wont read dvds

Question

We can see working titles from DVD player (like reading, open, close, error etc.)>
We tried next DVDs, original one, which works with other DVD player and
still just sound of rotating disc in the beginning when disc is loaded
and then silent and nothing. So why would it not be playing dvds
