Mlb 08 road to the show

Question

In MLB 08 the show road to the show mode. How long does it take to get to the mlb. I was in aa then i hit .380 35 homeruns and 167 hits and i moved up to aaa i been there for 2 years.

If you do your advancement goals, and hit well, you should move up the MLB level in no time.  Also, it depends on your position and the team your on.  For example: If you chose to be a first baseman, and wanted to be on the Cardinals, you will have a long wait because they will use Albert Pujols over you.  But if you chose to be a first baseman on the Yankees, you would be called up in no time because they don't have a regular starting first baseman.  Try to choose a team that needs help at your posistion.  I have a catcher career and I was called up to the Yankees in my rookie year, because Jorge Posada was injured.  Hope this helps!

If theres a good player in front of you in your position like A-rod at third base, it might take awhile. You must do the advancment goals, if you do them all you'll make it in the bigs faster than not.
