Mlt386x power supply

Question

Thanks for you help with the fuse. I unscrewed the power supply board and when i looked on the underside i noticed a small scorch mark along the circuit path, it's marked ck23. i checked for power on some of the diodes around the fuse but so far i get no voltage hits aside from when i check the fuse. do you think that burn mark could be why my tv isnt getting any power beyond the fuse?
